We wanted to have biscuits for breakfast and Morsels was recommended. We ordered a variety of biscuit breakfast sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, the fast break, the goat and a buttermilk biscuit with fig honey and apple butter. All were fantastic. Unlike some other reviews, our service was quick and our order was ready within 5 minutes. The restaurant has a diner feel, but not really. The kitchen is open concept, so you can watch , if you want your food being prepared. We were very pleased with service and our food.

The biscuits and biscuit sammies are incredibly delicious. The coffee is not. Plan accordingly.

I had a buttermilk biscuit with maple butter and raspberry jam. All excellent.
Service very friendly but wait was 25 min for takeout order and estimate was 15-20.

Delicious! Freshly made biscuits with a couple of choices ro choose from. Great customer service in a friendly atmosphere. Biscuits were so good that I had to order 2 to go for my plane ride back to New York.

5 stars for the cheesy biscuit. I chose the cheddar chive, comes with roasted garlic butter, Beecher's cheese curds melted into oozy goodness all over biscuit halves, also comes with tomato jam on side (tasted like pizza sauce to me). I got a bacon jam on the side and a side piece of bacon. I put both the tomato and bacon jam on each bite. Had to stop myself from eating the whole thing in one sitting. SO good. I also got an oat milk caramel latte, which was delicious as well. Will definitely return!

Ordered the fast break and 8oz iced latte. Biscuit was delicious and egg was soft. Added sriracha to enhance the flavor. Iced latte was well made.
Service was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful.
Overall would recommend this as a fantastic breakfast/brunch spot. The restaurant was clean and the open kitchen provided a nice view of the food being made.

The food was really good but the service can be better. We left an 18% tip not realizing that we had to pick up our food from the counter and bus our own table.

Best biscuits in Seattle! The location feels like a small food court with fun stickers and great decorations. Beware, they're very popular on weekends/holidays, so be prepared to wait a little with everyone else during those times. The service is fantastic and run by locals who've been around for a long time. You won't regret trying the Spanish Fly, Goat, or the Biscuits and Gravy! Coffee is above average, but completion is hard in Seattle on that front. Better than SBUX for sure tho. Great tea options!

Would literally sell my soul to eat their biscuits for breakfast every morning. The Spanish Fly is the best IMO, but I love the Goat and the Fast Break is always a safe bet. Ambiance is slay, lots of cool art work and the music is different every time. I lived in the south for half of my life and their biscuits do not shine a candle to what Morsel can give you.

Literally my go to place to get biscuits! The biscuits are made fresh everyday and they make the sandwiches right there. Con the wait can get long, but totally worth it. Right now they are currently close due to staffing! They even have jam!!
